Hi, I'm Gemma and I live in the South East of England. My crafty passion is handmade, beaded jewellery. I'm still a newby to this as I have only been crafting since the beginning of 2007. My other passion is web site creation. I love building and designing simple web sites that work for all.

I got into crafting jewellery after picking up a book that had a beautiful, glass necklace on the cover. I fell for it and decided I wanted to try and make it myself. I bought a few beading books, which made me more and more excited and interested in making my own stuff.

I now run my own online shop - www.perlina.co.uk. It feels as though I have always been making jewellery, I can't imagine not doing so, I enjoy it so much!
